We target our distance installation/training at minimizing the necessity of travel, and the occasion of social contact, but also to decrease the degree of machine installation, personnel training & after service being affected by Covid-19 epidemic. Therefore, when machine is ready, we provide customers installation instruction and operation video & operation handbook clearly step by step in details. We are dedicated in on spot full-site support on a case by case basis; aimed to reduce our technical service specialists’ necessity of travel.
